Delivery
Deliveries will be processed as soon as possible. You will receive a message when the parcel is on your way.
We use PostNL (the Dutch post) to send your order. De bestellingen worden met PostNL verstuurd met een vast tarief binnen Nederland van € 6,95. De verzendkosten naar het buitenland worden bij het afrekenen bijgewerkt. De producten worden stevig verpakt. Mocht je bestelling onverhoopt beschadigd aankomen, neem dan direct contact met me op.
Returns and exchanges
Al Funny Side Up products in the webshop are carefully handmade by me. Slight imperfections can occur and therefor all items are unique. This is no reason for returns.
I am trying to make sure you are fully happy with your order. If you want to return an item, please contact me within 14 days. Then we can discuss a solution.
When I have received the returned item within 14 days after delivery, I will refund or send you a new article.
The delivery costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
The products may not be used or damaged.
